If your property is a basic 3 bedroom house, you need a different approach to something that’s large, grandiose or complex. The key to the right media is understanding what will help your customer understand your property most quickly and with minimal effort. Some properties are not just fine, but best off, with a wide angle photographic shoot; others need a virtual tour; others video or spherical / 360 degree photography.
How serious are you?
Serious for a 3 bed brick and tile home is different to serious for a mansion or complex. We do serious, professional photography for small homes with a wide angle lens and it shows the home beautifully. Nothing more is required 🙂
If you have extended spaces in your home, or complex layout, then we recommend either video, panoramic or 360 degree media.Â
Our job is to evaluate your home and recommend the best media to help sell or rent it. We visit all larger or complex properties before the shoot and have a pre-shoot consultation with our customers. This consultation costs $100, and is deducted from the final payment of the account. It’s our way of making sure things go right!
