Being able to put it all together is a skill that takes time to learn. Different cameras have their own interpretation of colour. This happens when a particular lens is mounted too. I have the ability to compare and adjust footage to normalise clips so they are comparable instead of different.
Color grading changes as-shot footage into something special. It can warm or cool colours, makiing it seem like the afternoon 'golden hour' or the 'blue-hour' that comes as the sun wanes. All good advertisements have colour grading applied.
Wind effects stability for drones. Sometimes footage needs stabilising. I fortunately have the tools to do that well.
No drone camera operator is going to get it perfect. They are both flying an aircraft and shooting video. Many pilots have taken to flying drones, but they lack the artistic skills to create a good product. On the other hand, photographers and videographers have to learn to fly well and get a CASA licence. My point is that it's a complex operation! When we look at footage in post-production, sometimes an object of interest just is not quite right int he frame over some seconds. Being able to re-frame a photograph is easy. Re-framing footage is dynamic and much more difficult. I use Davinci Resolve Studio and have a hardware console which enables me to adjust footage to pin an object in location and eliminate what was movement, giving a comparable quality result to a hand held video camera.
Most advertisements have multiple pieces of footage that are extracted from the as-shot video. These will normally be different in colour because of the angle of the sun, and change in light over time. Matching clips so the end product doesn't jar the viewer's mind with differences results in a harmonious set of key footage that is available to put together for your purposes.

Costs are based on my normal work rates for as shot footage of working with a photographer.:
Colour grading and video production cost depends on how long and complex the video (effects, transitions, titles etc). My preference is to do colour grading at minimum to provide a really nice product.
I cover the Huon Valley, including Huonville, Cygnet, Franklin, Geevestion, Port Huon, Ranalagh and Dover. I also reach up through Kingston to Hobart. If you are within cooee of these localities, I am ready to help you! If you are elsewhere in Tasmania, Australia or even overseas, I am ready to travel.
